How to schedule a report

You can now schedule recurring reports easily through the new Customer Portal. Reports are managed directly from the Report Library, where you can create, view, edit, or turn off schedules as needed.

Key Steps:

  • Create a schedule: Select Manage schedules from the Report Library or within a specific report. Click Create to start a new schedule.

  • Apply filters: Choose a saved view before scheduling. This is optional.

  • Select format & frequency: Pick PDF or PowerPoint, then set the schedule using common or custom patterns (e.g. “every Monday at 9 a.m.”). Only recurring schedules are supported.

  • Review & complete: Review the schedule summary and adjust the next run date if needed before clicking Complete.

  • Manage existing schedules: Use Manage schedules to edit, disable, or delete existing schedules.
