Submitting your meter readings through the Zenergi Customer Portal is a quick and simple way to ensure your energy usage is accurately recorded and billed. Once submitted, your readings are matched to your supplier account and sent directly to the supplier on your behalf—no extra steps required.
If you’re also using our Bill Validation service, we’ll use these readings to double-check your bills for accuracy, giving you extra peace of mind that you're only paying for the energy you've actually used.
